Led the complete redesign of Scaler's landing page—achieving 3× lead growth through systematic A/B testing. Built the Vector Design System and transformed conversions from 2.65% to 4.8%.

The Challenge
Despite 75,000+ monthly desktop visitors, Scaler's homepage converted at just 2.65%—hemorrhaging 97% of potential customers.
The mission: double conversions while repositioning for AI-first education, without breaking the existing 22% conversion for logged-in users.
My Approach
Led a systematic redesign through the Vector Design System—6,549 tokens, 3,823 components—while running controlled A/B tests with 35% traffic. Weekly data-driven iterations shipped 25+ micro-improvements, transforming scattered CTAs into an orchestrated conversion machine.
